Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, normally within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery (1–3 working days) is free on orders of £40 or more, otherwise £3.95. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched, and you can check progress any time via Track Your Order.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. To start a return, email hello@himalayanritual.co with your order number.

Because our teas and coffees are food, we can only accept returns of pouches, tins and gift boxes that are unopened and unused — once a seal is broken we can't take the item back, for hygiene reasons. Accessories (cups, strainers, pour-over sets) just need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you proving you've posted them), to your original payment method, including standard delivery charges you paid on the way out. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged, or isn't right, email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.
