About us and these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Himalayan Ritual Co. at himalayanritual.co. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Contact: hello@himalayanritual.co.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll tell you promptly and refund anything you've paid for it.

Delivery

We dispatch from our UK warehouse, normally within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery is free on orders of £40 or more, otherwise £3.95. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because tea and coffee are food items, this right doesn't apply to pouches or tins that have been unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us and we'll replace it or refund you, including return postage.

Liability and law

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or your home UK nation's courts if you live elsewhere in the UK).
